Job Title: Bill of Lading (BL) Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bill of Lading (BL) Executive to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing various types of Bills of Lading, SI filing, and coordinating with shipping lines to ensure timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue all types of Bills of Lading (BL).
- Prepare and amend Master Bill of Lading (MBL) and House Bill of Lading (HBL).
- Prepare BLs for Sea Way Bill (Seaway BL) shipments.
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) through shipping line online portals.
- Upload and transmit Bills of Lading via INTTRA Desktop.
- Prepare Bills of Lading strictly as per Letter of Credit (LC) requirements.
- Verify shipping documents for accuracy before BL issuance.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments regarding documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of draft and final Bills of Lading.




- Maintain proper documentation and shipment records.
- Handle BL amendments and corrections whenever required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of MBL, HBL, and Sea Way Bills.
- Experience with INTTRA Desktop.
- Experience in online Shipping Instruction (SI) filing.
- Understanding of Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Positive knowledge of shipping documentation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Shipping Documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with shipping line portals.
- Familiarity with export documentation processes.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
