- Customer Reception: Welcome customers during service visits, understand their vehicle issues, and coordinate with service advisors.
- Service Updates: Provide timely progress updates to customers regarding their vehicle servicing status.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve customer complaints amicably and coordinate with workshop teams for quick solutions.
- Feedback & Follow-ups: Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback and track customer satisfaction scores.
- Retention Campaigns: Promote periodic service campaigns, maintenance reminders, and special offers via calls, SMS, or email.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer data, service history, and feedback reports using CRM software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree .
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic automobile knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
