Job Title : Quality Executive

Job Summary :

Vaayu Shanti Solution Pvt. Ltd., Raipur, a leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment such as Filter Bags, Cages, and a trusted supplier of ESP spares, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards in filter cage production, including fabric testing, stitching inspection, dimensional checks, and test certificate verification.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct fabric testing and ensure compliance with required technical specifications.

Perform dimensional checks as per approved drawings and customer requirements.

Maintain and verify test certificates and quality-related documentation.

Monitor quality at various production stages and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with the production team.

Prepare quality reports, maintain records, and support customer inspections when required.

Ensure adherence to company quality standards and continuous improvement processes.





Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Textile, Mechanical, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in Filter Cage Manufacturing or related industry.

Robust knowledge of fabric properties, stitching techniques, and quality testing methods.

Good understanding of pollution control products and industry standards.

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and documentation abilities

Additional Details :

Candidates must be ready for regular field visits.

Candidates from the respective regions will be preferred.

Salary Range : 18k to 25k Negotiable
