Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Prepare job postings and manage recruitment campaigns.

Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for selected candidates.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

Freshers with excellent communication can also apply.

Positive attitude, organized, and self-motivated.
