Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, documentation, and office administration activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment through internal references, job portals, and external sources.

- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

- Handle employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit formalities.

- Prepare HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

- Support office administration and day-to-day HR operations.

- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.





- Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and records.

Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
