We are looking for a motivated and communicative TeleSales Executive to manage customer relationships and drive sales over phone and other remote channels from our office. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, take orders, follow up on payments, and support the field sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between customers, warehouse, and logistics — all without the need for on-site visits. This role is key to maintaining consistent customer engagement, order accuracy, and revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers (Retail, FMCG & HoReCa) to generate and follow up on orders
- Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Promote new products, offers, and schemes to customers over the phone
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure adherence to credit control guidelines
- Maintain and update customer database, order records,



and call logs accurately
- Support field sales executives with backend coordination, order confirmations, and customer information
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports, order summaries, and sales tracking sheets
- Build strong rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products during customer interactions

Requirements:

- Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service (FMCG/distribution background preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven work
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Office and order management systems
- Fluency in local language(s) and working knowledge of English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
