Gradeup Academy is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Coding Instructor to join our elite team. You will be responsible for teaching young learners (ages 7–15) the fundamentals of logic and programming through Scratch and Python. As we cater to a premium global audience, we expect high energy, explicit communication, and a deep understanding of block-based and syntax-based coding.

​​Key Responsibilities

- ​High-Conversion Demo Classes: Conduct engaging, high-energy live demo sessions that captivate young kids and demonstrate clear learning outcomes to parents, leading to high conversion rates.
- ​Interactive Live Teaching: Deliver structured online classes teaching Scratch (block-based logic, game design, animations) and Python (syntax, loops, conditionals, basic algorithms).
- ​Concept Simplification: Break down complex computer science logic into simple, age-appropriate, and fun learning steps for children.
- ​Parent Interaction & Feedback: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's cognitive development, logical progression, and course learning outcomes.

​Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- ​Prior Online Teaching Experience: Proven track record of teaching coding to children (ages 7–15) in an online setting.
- ​Demo Conversion Mastery:



Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling demo sessions with high lead-to-enrollment conversion.
- ​Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Scratch and Python.
- ​Soft Skills & Energy: Exceptional English communication skills, patience, dynamic online presence, and natural ability to connect with young kids.
- ​Technical Setup: Personal Laptop/PC with high-speed internet, power backup, and a quiet, well-lit teaching workspace.

​Qualifications

- ​Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA) or equivalent practical programming experience.
- ​Prior experience with EdTech platforms or coding academies is a strong advantage.
