Qualification:

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Building Management System (BMS) will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Operator to join a reputed Facility Management Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and other critical building services. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to respond effectively to system alarms and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) on a daily basis.
- Monitor HVAC systems, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, Electrical Panels, DG Sets, UPS, Fire Alarm Systems, and Utility Services through the BMS.
- Respond promptly to system alarms and investigate abnormal operating conditions.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of BMS-related faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for rectification.
- Maintain daily operational logs, alarm reports, trend logs, and equipment performance records.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
- Ensure all critical building systems are operating within specified parameters.




- Coordinate with facility management teams, contractors, and service providers during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Report major equipment failures and system abnormalities to the Facility Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
- Support emergency response activities related to building systems.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) operations.
- Experience with HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, UPS, DG Sets, and Utilities.
- Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls (JCI), Delta Controls, or Tridium Niagara will be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret BMS graphics, alarms, trend logs, and reports.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience as a BMS Operator in commercial buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, Airports, Data Centers, Manufacturing Plants, Hotels, or Corporate Offices.
- Experience in Facility Management Services (FMS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of energy management and building automation systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
