Role Objective

The Digital Marketing Manager will take complete ownership of all digital marketing responsibilities directly from the Owner and independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital initiatives to drive leads, enquiries, and revenue growth across online platforms.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a delegation or agency-management position.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Revenue Ownership

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Identify high-impact digital channels for lead generation and brand growth
- Translate business goals into measurable digital KPIs and action plans

Hands-On Execution (Single Owner)

- Manage and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization
- Plan, create, and publish content for website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Handle SEO, website optimization, landing pages, and lead funnels
- Design and execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns
- Manage creatives, ad copies, budgets, and A/B testing independently

Lead Management & Conversion Support





- Track leads, CPL, ROAS, and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with Sales/CRM to ensure lead quality and follow-up effectiveness
- Optimize campaigns based on actual revenue outcomes, not just impressions

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

- Monitor dashboards for traffic, leads, cost, and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Owner
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve output and efficiency

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing & lead generation
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Analytics
- Ability to write compelling ad copies and marketing content
- Robust analytical mindset with revenue focus
- Self-driven, accountable, and execution-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
