About Bon Fiction

Bon Fiction is an award-winning, single-origin, tree-to-bar chocolate company founded in 2021. We work directly with cacao growers in the Godavari region of Andhra Pradesh to craft premium chocolates that showcase the unique potential of Indian cacao. Our chocolates have received international recognition, including selection among the Best 50 Beans in the World (2025) and Gold awards from leading global chocolate competitions.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Quick Commerce & Marketplace Executive to own and grow Bon Fiction's presence across leading online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving e-commerce growth, optimizing marketplace performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Bon Fiction's presence across leading quick commerce and e-commerce marketplace platforms.
- Own catalogue management, product listings, pricing, and content optimisation.
- Plan inventory and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs.
- Execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, and offers.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Build reports and identify opportunities to improve channel performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and platform teams.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in marketplace management,



quick commerce, or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience leading quick commerce and e-commerce marketplace platforms.
- Solid understanding of catalogue management, inventory planning, and marketplace operations.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background (Not Mandatory)

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

- Food & FMCG
- Premium consumer brands
- D2C brands
- Gourmet food
- Chocolate & confectionery
- E-commerce-led consumer brands

Candidates with hands-on experience managing marketplaces for consumer brands will be preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Relevant marketplace experience and demonstrated performance matter more than academic pedigree.
