Job Summary

Focus - B2B email marketing, targeted outreach, lead engagement, database management, and campaign optimization across multiple IT service Lines of Business.

You will be responsible for creating email templates, maintaining accurate prospect data, improving campaign engagement, and supporting business development and marketing initiatives across multiple IT service Lines of Business.

Key Skills - Mailchimp, Elastic Email, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign, Data Validation tools, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

1) Database Management

Build, maintain, and regularly update databases across various IT service LOBs.

Collect, validate, and organize prospect and company information while ensuring database accuracy.

Perform database quality checks and clean email lists by removing invalid or inactive contacts.

2) Email Campaign Execution

Create and manage email templates using ESP platforms and execute email marketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click rates, and engagement metrics.

Optimize campaign performance by testing different outreach strategies and email schedules.

3) Reporting & Coordination

Maintain master tracking sheets and share campaign performance reports with management.

Collaborate with managers and team leads to review campaign insights and improvement opportunities.

Support business development and marketing initiatives through effective email outreach activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

5–8 years of experience in email marketing, database management,



campaign execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, campaign workflows, and database management practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with B2B Email Service Providers (ESP)

Knowledge of email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and campaign optimization techniques.

Experience in B2B database building, creating email templates, lead research, and data validation processes.

Robust professional writing, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
