Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
2. Lead and guide the service team to ensure smooth operations.
3. Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
4. Maintain service standards, hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.
5. Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B; teams for timely food & beverage service.
6. Monitor table setup, billing, and overall guest satisfaction.
7. Train and support Stewards and junior team members.
8. Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and revenue targets.

Job Expectations:

1. Industry: Preferably 4/5-star hotel, resort, or fine-dining experience.
2. Skills: Good communication, leadership, guest handling, and product knowledge.
3. Language: Valuable English communication; Hindi/Marathi preferred.
4. Age: 22 - 28 years.
5. Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.

Minimum Job Experience:

Experience: 2–5 years in F&B; Service.
