Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for the Investment Sales team.
- Generate reports on sales performance, investment mobilization, customer acquisition, renewals, and revenue.
- Track individual Relationship Officers' and Branch performance against assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of investment transactions, customer portfolios, and sales activities.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with branches and sales teams.
- Prepare dashboards and performance scorecards for management review.
- Analyze sales trends, productivity, and business growth, and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor target achievement and prepare incentive calculation reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams for report reconciliation.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF functions)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
