We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Marketing, Accounts, Legal, and Site Teams while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline daily business operations.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, Marketing, and Site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of operational activities.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding, documentation, booking, and possession processes.
Track team performance and prepare MIS and operational reports.
Resolve operational issues and maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Optimize resources, timelines, and operational costs.
Support management in achieving business goals.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
4–8 years of experience in Operations, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments.
