Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer who can professionally record, capture, and showcase high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will have a robust eye for detail, the ability to capture moments perfectly, and the technical expertise to produce visually compelling videos that align with our brand, teachings, and institutional values.

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally record videos for classes, workshops, seminars, rituals, events, interviews, and promotional content.
- Ensure high-quality video output with proper framing, lighting, focus, and sound.
- Capture content creatively while maintaining authenticity and accuracy of the subject matter.
- Plan shots, camera angles, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate concepts and experiences.
- Operate and maintain professional video equipment including cameras, tripods, gimbals, microphones, and lighting setups.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for digital platforms, websites, and social media.
- Collaborate with faculty, marketing, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver as per timelines.
- Ensure consistency in video quality,



branding, and visual standards across all projects.
- Manage video files, backups, and archives in an organized manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a professional videographer (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of camera operations, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to capture high-quality visuals that are sharp, well-balanced, and aesthetically appealing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of color correction, basic motion graphics, and sound syncing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and perfection in execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Kirti Nagar and Patel Nagar branches as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with educational institutions, spiritual organizations, or events-based content.
- Knowledge of content creation for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Basic photography skills are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
