Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Andheri. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience, be proficient in Tally ERP, and possess strong knowledge of statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and reconcile bank, vendor, customer, and ledger accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory compliance and return filings.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.




- Monitor compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in finalization of accounts.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
