Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Digital Marketing Agency)

Experience Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and generating business for digital marketing services. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for digital marketing services.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct sales training and skill development sessions for team members.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure the team follows sales processes, CRM updates, and reporting standards.





Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc.).
- Target-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team of 10 members.
- Strong record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, strong leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
