- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into functional code.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for coding and testing.
- Capability to adapt to changing project priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
