Human Resources Executive / HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Training

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Executive or HR Intern to join our growing jewellery brand. Whether you are an experienced HR professional or a passionate fresher eager to build a career in Human Resources, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Write professional and attractive Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and maintain interview records.
- Perform reference and background verification.

Candidate Assessment

- Prepare aptitude tests, communication assessments, and basic technical evaluations.
- Organize and conduct Group Discussions (GD) when required.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, attitude, communication, and cultural fit.
- Recommend shortlisted candidates for final management interviews.

Onboarding & Training

- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Prepare training schedules and learning materials.
- Track employee probation and training progress.
- Support employee skill development initiatives.

SOP & HR Operations

- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain HR documents, employee records,



and recruitment reports.
- Assist in developing HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and documentation.

Performance & Employee Engagement

- Assist in employee performance evaluations.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Maintain a positive and qualified workplace culture.

EligibilityHR Executive

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA (HR), Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or e-commerce is preferred.

HR Intern

- Final-year students or recent graduates in BBA, B.Com, BSW, MBA (HR), MSW, or related fields are welcome.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources can apply.
- Internship experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication in English and Tamil.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Ability to write clear and effective Job Descriptions.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
