We are looking for a creative and visionary Film Director to lead the conceptualization and execution of video content for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability, hands-on production experience, and the capability to translate brand ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and direct video content for advertisements, brand films, social media, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with clients, marketing strategists, and creative teams to understand campaign objectives
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot breakdowns
- Lead pre-production planning including casting, location scouting, and scheduling
- Direct shoots, guiding cinematographers, actors, and crew to achieve the desired vision
- Oversee post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, and final output
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Manage timelines, budgets, and production resources efficiently
- Stay updated with industry trends,

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience as a Film Director or Video Director (agency or production house preferred)
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating storytelling and direction skills
- Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, and editing workflows
- Experience in directing commercials, ads, or digital content
- Ability to lead creative teams and manage shoots efficiently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in digital marketing or advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of current social media video trends (Reels, YouTube, ads)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability on set
