Role Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment with mandatory experience in hospital hiring. Experience in home healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for nurses, allied medical professionals, support staff and other critical hospital roles.

· Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals and networking.

· Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Handle offer rollout, documentation, onboarding and joining formalities.

· Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment MIS and trackers.

· Ensure timely closure of positions and an excellent candidate experience.

Eligibility





· Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

· 2–5 years of recruitment experience.

· Mandatory experience in hospital hiring.

· Experience in hiring doctors, nurses and hospital staff is essential.

· Home healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.

· Solid communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
