Experience in Duct / Sheet Metal Manufacturing Companies preferred

Job Description

Under the general direction of the Production Manager, the Shop Floor Supervisor will be responsible for:

Working knowledge and experience in duct / sheet metal manufacturing with SS welding

Strong understanding of duct production processes, SS welding processes, machinery, and materials

Supervising and guiding production floor personnel

Working hands-on with the manufacturing team

Creating and managing employee schedules





Overseeing daily plant operations and supporting process and procedure improvements

Providing training to employees

Monitoring work quality and preparing performance and progress reports

Ensuring completed work meets quality standards and budget requirements

Ensuring secure use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance

Identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements

Enforcing health and safety policies and maintaining a clean and organized shop floor

Experience in handling various manufacturing machinery and tools

Pay: Up to ₹38,600.00 per month
