Job Title: Hospital Camp Organizer

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Hospital Camp Organizer to plan and execute medical camps efficiently. The candidate will coordinate with medical staff, manage logistics, and ensure smooth functioning of health camps while delivering quality healthcare services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and execute medical camps (health check-ups, screenings, awareness programs)
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for camp activities
- Identify camp locations and handle necessary permissions and arrangements
- Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records
- Arrange medical equipment, medicines, and supplies for the camp
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Communicate with local communities and promote camp participation
- Handle on-site coordination and resolve operational issues
- Prepare camp reports, patient data,



and feedback after completion
- Collaborate with administration for budgeting and resource allocation

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes

Experience:

- 1–3 years preferred (experience in hospital camps or healthcare events is an advantage)

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
