Relationship Manager – Matrimony Services

Sangini Matrimony is a trusted matrimony services company in Patna, serving families since 2004. We are looking for a confident and responsible Relationship Manager to handle client enquiries and assist families in finding suitable matrimonial matches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
- Understand bride/groom and family requirements
- Suggest suitable matrimonial profiles to clients
- Coordinate with clients and families throughout the matchmaking process
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients
- Build strong and professional relationships with customers
- Maintain client details and follow-up records
- Explain Sangini Matrimony services and membership plans
- Support the team in generating leads and converting enquiries into clients

Requirements:





- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication preferred
- Comfortable speaking with families and clients over the phone
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Positive attitude, confidence and positive follow-up skills
- Freshers can apply; experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or relationship management is preferred
