Job Description

Pentium Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting property presentations, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Generate and convert sales leads for real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Real estate experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
