We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Experience:

0–2 years of experience

Freshers are welcome to apply

Candidates with 1+ year of experience are preferred

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Linux

Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

Good communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical support

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions

Troubleshoot Linux, networking, and application-related issues

Understand customer requirements and resolve technical queries efficiently

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required

Document support cases and maintain accurate records

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response and resolution timelines

Preferred Skills :

Basic knowledge of VoIP, SIP, FreePBX, or Asterisk

Familiarity with Linux Server or cloud platforms is an added advantage

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
