Job Summary

TYKA Sports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Sample Coordinator to manage the end-to-end sample development process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure samples are developed, tracked, and delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the development and movement of product samples across departments.
- Follow up with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely sample completion.
- Maintain sample records, status reports, and documentation.
- Ensure samples are dispatched to customers or internal teams as per schedule.
- Track pending samples and provide regular updates to management.
- Verify that samples meet required specifications and quality standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sample-related materials when required.
- Maintain the sample room in an organized manner.
- Assist in resolving issues that may delay sample development.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sample coordination, merchandising, or the garment/apparel industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and sample development processes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
