About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation & Content Specialist who is passionate about using AI to improve productivity, automate workflows, and create high-quality digital content. This role combines AI, marketing, operations, analytics, and automation into one position. You will work closely with our marketing, SEO, content, and sales teams to build AI-powered systems that save time, improve quality, and increase efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Creation

* Create AI-generated videos using platforms like HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, and other emerging AI tools.

* Generate AI voiceovers, avatars, images, presentations, and creative assets.

* Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLMs for content creation and research.

* Develop prompts and AI workflows for consistent, high-quality outputs.

AI Workflow Automation

* Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pabbly Connect, or similar automation platforms.

* Automate repetitive marketing and operational tasks.

* Integrate AI tools with CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and project management tools.

* Create internal AI assistants and GPTs for different departments.

Social Media Automation

* Schedule and publish content using platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool, SocialPilot, or similar tools.

* Automate title generation, captions, hashtags, descriptions, and publishing workflows.

* Improve content production processes using AI.

Data & Reporting

* Build dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or Power BI.

* Track marketing, sales, SEO, and operational KPIs.

* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.





* Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

SEO & Digital Marketing Support

* Assist with SEO content generation using AI.

* Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Optimize metadata, titles, descriptions, FAQs, and website content.

* Support content strategy using AI-driven insights.

Process Improvement

* Identify manual tasks that can be automated.

* Recommend and implement AI tools that improve efficiency.

* Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and recommend new solutions for the company.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.

* Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar AI platforms.

* Experience with AI video generation tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, or equivalent.

* Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or Pabbly Connect.

* Robust knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis.

* Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.

* Excellent prompt engineering and AI workflow design skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Ability to learn and adopt new AI tools quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in SEO and digital marketing.

* Experience working in a marketing agency or fast-paced startup.





* Knowledge of APIs and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) is a plus.

* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.

* Experience creating AI-powered business workflows and internal productivity systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
