Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field sales activities and generate new leads.
- Meet prospective retailers and distributors.
- Promote company products and increase market reach.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct market visits and gather competitor insights.




- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Solid sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of retailer and distributor networks.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
