Responsible for conducting daily field visits to retail stores/salon counters and providing on-the-job product and sales training to beauty advisors/store staff. The candidate should be makeup certified with solid knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, skincare, and customer consultation. The role includes coaching teams on product usage, customer engagement, grooming standards, and achieving brand/service excellence through practical demonstrations and regular mentoring.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per hour
