Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part time Tuition Teacher to join our learning centre located in Nungambakkam. You will provide personalized instruction to small groups or individual students, helping them bridge academic gaps, improve their grades, and build long-term confidence in their subjects.

- Personalized Instruction: Tailor lessons to meet each student's unique learning style and academic needs.
- Concept Clarity: Simplify complex topics into digestible explanations to ensure deep understanding.
- Progress Tracking: Regularly assess student performance through quizzes and mock exams, providing detailed feedback to both students and parents.
- Resource Development: Create engaging study materials, worksheets, and lesson plans that align with the current school curriculum.
- Mentorship: Act as a motivator and guide,



helping students develop better study habits and time management skills.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (e.g., B.Sc/M.Sc Science/Maths, B.A/M.A English).
- Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred, but passionate freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Subject Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge and the ability to solve problems across various boards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Board).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, and classroom management .

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
