Job Description:
As a Junior Staff Nurse Executive at Manipal Hospitals, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. You will assist in assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be expected to educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care by following nursing practices and protocols.
- Assist in patient assessment and diagnosis.
- Monitor and record vital signs and assist in medical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members.
