About the Role

Love fixing messy workflows and turning them into automated systems? We’re looking for a high-ownership Business Operations Manager to optimize our Sales and Marketing operations, design tool ecosystems, and build scalable infrastructure from Day 1.

What You’ll Do

- Process Optimization: Map and refine sales & marketing workflows to eliminate friction and boost team efficiency.
- Systems Design: Evaluate tech stacks, build smart automations, and connect tools (CRMs, project management, workflow automation).
- Build SOPs: Create transparent, visual, step-by-step SOPs and process maps to help our teams scale effortlessly.
- Analyze & Iterate: Track operational KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and continuously improve business operations.





What We’re Looking For

- 1+ Years Experience: Background in Business Ops, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Process & Mapping Skills: Expertise in visual workflow tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Notion, ClickUp).
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Problem Solver: Action-oriented mindset—you identify bottlenecks and build practical solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
