Are you passionate about Cybersecurity and enjoy mentoring aspiring IT professionals? We're looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for learners.

Location: Pune / Satara
Role: Cybersecurity Trainer / Faculty
Experience: 2–3 Years
Training Duration: 15 Days
Training Schedule: 4 Hours per Day

What You'll Train

✅ Ethical Hacking Basics
✅ Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
✅ Security Operations Center (SOC) Fundamentals
✅ Identity & Access Management (IAM)
✅ Endpoint & Cloud Security Basics
✅ Incident Response & Risk Management
✅ Hands-on Labs, Case Studies & Capstone Project

Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver interactive instructor-led training sessions (4 hours/day)
✔ Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on lab exercises
✔ Prepare presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments
✔ Mentor participants through cybersecurity projects and real-world scenarios
✔ Evaluate learner progress through practical exercises and assessments
✔ Resolve technical queries and provide continuous guidance
✔ Maintain attendance, progress reports, and assessment records




✔ Ensure timely completion of the training curriculum
Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Cybersecurity Fundamentals
Network Security & Security Best Practices
Basic Ethical Hacking & VAPT Concepts
Security Monitoring & Incident Response
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Understanding of Cloud Security Concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

Preferred Skills
CEH, Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, or equivalent certifications
Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel)
Knowledge of Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, or Metasploit
Experience delivering technical training for colleges, universities, or corporate batches
