Job Description

We are hiring a Purchase Executive for a leading Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring construction materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Compare quotations and finalize procurement based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Maintain vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks.
- Coordinate with Project, Store, and Accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages.
- Maintain purchase records, contracts, and procurement reports.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost control measures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is an added advantage.

Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
