- Making outbound calls: Telecallers initiate calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or charitable causes.
- Handling inbound calls: They answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
- Generating leads: They identify and qualify potential customers to be passed on to sales teams.

Skills and Requirements:

- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication are essential for engaging with customers and conveying information clearly.
- Persuasion and sales skills: Some roles require the ability to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
