Job Title: Spare Parts Officer (NAPS)

Location:No. 15, Ground Floor, CIPET Hostel Road, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Labour Colony, Guindy, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai – 600032

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage inward and outward movement of spare parts.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

· Issue spare parts to field engineers and service teams as per requirements.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts availability.

· Monitor stock shortages and initiate replenishment requests.

· Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts.

· Maintain documentation related to stock receipts, dispatches, and inventory transactions.

· Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of materials.

· Follow company inventory and safety procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile





· PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to maintain records accurately.

· Willing to work from the Chennai office.

Salary & Advantages

· Take Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month

o ₹16,500 paid by TVS Electronics

o ₹1,500 Government NAPS Stipend.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
