Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Assistant who can handle payment collections, customer follow-ups, cheque collections, and recovery-related activities. The role requires regular travel across Nashik to meet customers, collect payments, and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Visit customers across Nashik for payment and cheque collection
- Handle payment recovery and maintain recovery records
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding pending dues




- Make regular follow-up calls for outstanding payments
- Update daily collection and follow-up reports
- Deposit collected cheques/cash as per company process
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks when required

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in payment collection, recovery, or field operations
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in payment follow-up and cheque collection
- Comfortable traveling across Nashik for customer visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance
- Responsible, honest, and well-organized

Qualification

- HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
