Job Summary

We are seeking an International Marketing Specialist to identify global market opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales across international markets. The ideal candidate has experience in international business, market research, digital marketing, and cross-cultural communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for target countries.
- Identify new international business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement international marketing strategies.
- Coordinate product launches in global markets.
- Adapt marketing campaigns to local languages, cultures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional teams to support market expansion.
- Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and agencies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across international markets.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports on market performance, customer insights, and ROI.




- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
- Ensure compliance with local advertising and marketing regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in international marketing, export marketing, or global business development.
- Solid understanding of international market research and market entry strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
