Capsmash Media is a hospitality-focused digital marketing agency working with premium hotels, luxury resorts, restaurants, and hospitality brands across India.

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist who can independently manage multiple hospitality brands, lead content strategy, and coordinate with creative teams to build exceptional digital experiences.

What You'll Do

- Manage up to 15 hospitality client accounts
- Create monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Plan campaigns, content pillars, and monthly POAs
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour
- Understand hotel positioning and create premium content strategies
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories, and campaigns
- Brief designers, photographers, and video editors
- Review creatives, captions, and content before client submission
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Monitor comments, DMs, and online reputation (ORM)
- Handle client communication professionally
- Conduct client brainstorming and strategy meetings
- Monitor Meta Ads and coordinate campaign execution
- Analyse monthly performance and recommend improvements
- Prepare and present monthly reports and content plans

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1.5 years of Social Media Management experience
- Experience managing 7+ brands simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta platforms
- Experience with premium hotels, resorts, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of content planning and storytelling
- Excellent aesthetic sense
- Ability to understand audience personas




- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience coordinating with creative teams
- Highly organised with excellent time management

Must Have Skills

- Hospitality marketing knowledge
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
- Social media analytics
- Basic Meta Ads understanding
