- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Call leads and follow up with prospective patients.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors, treatments, and timings.
- Convert inquiry leads into appointments through effective communication.
- Make follow-up calls to patients as required.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and patient information.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for patient support.
- Handle calls professionally while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
