As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Billing to join our dynamic project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and submit client bills and subcontractor bills for façade, glazing, aluminium, and ACP works.
- Measure work quantities from approved drawings, site measurements, and execution records.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills in accordance with contract conditions.
- Reconcile BOQ quantities with executed quantities and maintain accurate quantity records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Clients for measurement verification and billing approvals.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements and monitor material consumption.
- Track project progress and maintain complete billing documentation.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and certify bills for payment processing.
- Prepare variation claims, extra item statements, quantity revisions, and change order documentation.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with contractual terms, project specifications, and company procedures.




- Support project cost monitoring and assist in maintaining project profitability.
- Maintain proper records of billing, measurements, approvals, and project documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of façade systems, ACP cladding, glazing, curtain wall, and aluminium works.
- Strong understanding of quantity take-off, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Experience in preparing RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in façade, glazing, ACP, or aluminium projects.
- Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise developments, or industrial projects is preferred.
