Qualification: BCA / B.Tech

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.

Respond to customer support requests through tickets, calls, and emails.

Diagnose issues and guide customers toward effective resolutions.

Monitor and maintain system health to ensure smooth operations.

Perform routine maintenance to minimize system downtime.





Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system updates.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and system enhancements.

Use ticketing tools to track, manage, and close support requests efficiently.

Job Requirements

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
