Technical Writer
Year of experience: 5+ Years
Experience in MadCap Flare is mandatory
- Experience as a Technical Writer, with strong expertise in MadCap Flare.
- Proven ability to create transparent, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML for documentation customization.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation, including User Manuals
- Online Help Systems, Release Notes, Quick Start Guides and Other product documentation
- Ability to work closely with Software Engineering and SQA teams supporting the product lines.
