Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and store departments
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain production reports and documentation
