Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Designer who can create engaging, high-quality visual content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for aesthetics, and experience using modern AI-powered creative tools to produce impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, reels covers, stories, and ad creatives.
- Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Edit basic videos and motion graphics for social media (preferred).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and platform requirements.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and content quality.

Requirements

- Qualification:



Any Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in graphic design or social media design.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (preferred)
- Canva Pro
- Figma (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred)
- Video editing for social media
- Experience using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI (Magic Design)
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney or DALL·E
- Microsoft Designer
- Understanding of social media trends, branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing social media designs and branding work.
- Knowledge of current Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn design trends.
