KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : -

- Supervise and execute thermal, cold, hot insulation works at site.
- Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), measurement sheets, work permits, and site documentation.
- Coordinate material receipt, storage, and consumption at site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Prepare work completion reports and support project handover activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of thermal insulation systems, cladding,



and insulation materials such as Rockwool, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, PUF, PIR, Elastomeric Rubber, Calcium Silicate, and Ceramic Fibre.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
