Operations Executive – Billing, Dispatch & Inventory

About Us

Photochem Industries is a growing manufacturer of paints, coatings, aerosols, and industrial chemical products. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and manage billing, dispatch coordination, and inventory operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate GST-compliant sales invoices using Tally Prime ERP
- Prepare delivery challans, e-Way Bills, and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate dispatches with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished goods
- Perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits
- Record inward and outward material transactions
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all operational records
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing, Dispatch, Stores, Inventory, or Operations in a manufacturing company
- Tally Prime ERP experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of GST invoicing and dispatch documentation




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in the paints, chemicals, manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industry will be an added advantage

Working Hours

- Monday to Thursday & Saturday to Sunday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Friday
