- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients/company representatives.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
