Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and HR documentation while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.




- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction of recent employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
